Going to Tanzania with the additional hassle of required proof of yellow fever vaccination, the expense and hassle the Visa application produced, and the additional expenses to put together another Safari might not have been worth it if not for Chuck’s determination to see and touch a Boabob tree. Since this was accomplished, plus game drives in a new environment which was lush and green including tse tse flie bites, in retrospect, the hassles and expenses seem very much worth it. And now we are in India with a very different daily agenda on a group tour. We left East Africa with much emotion. Our Maasai guide, Muli, said “we do not say goodbye, we say next time.”

A few of our African miscellaneous pictures follow.
